Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Fulfilment & Returns
All Gyro-Fitness orders are fulfilled by Amazon through their fulfilment network (FBA / Multi-Channel Fulfilment).
Because of this:
- Amazon handles all return logistics
- Gyro-Fitness processes the refunds
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Once your return request is approved, you will be directed to Amazon Customer Service using your Amazon tracking link. Amazon will then:
- Provide return instructions
- Issue the return shipping label
- Receive the item at their fulfilment centre
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once Amazon confirms that the returned item has been received, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order following the steps above and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is handled by Amazon as part of their fulfilment process.
Any applicable return processing or handling fees are non-refundable.
