Return Policy

At Gyro Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our training equipment. For this reason, we only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect purchase, or any reason other than a proven defect or damage.


Strict Conditions

Eligibility

Only products that are damaged or faulty upon arrival are eligible for a return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Required

To process any claim, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video.
The video must show the package being opened and clearly display the damage or fault.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Unused Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Used items or products that have been worn or used are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Returns Without Valid Reason

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Product no longer wanted

Approval Required

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please email support@gyro-fitness.com with a valid reason.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled
  • A 20% cancellation fee applies if your payment has already been processed

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us right away
  • Provide your unboxing video as evidence

Photo or video proof is required for all claims.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used products
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Sale or discounted items

Returns sent without a valid reason or without prior approval will not be processed.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Gyro Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package appears missing:

  1. Contact the courier directly
  2. Then reach out to us for further assistance

Warranty / Faulty Goods

All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of the fault (video preferred)

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse
  • Improper handling
  • Use outside manufacturer guidelines

Customer Conduct

We are committed to respectful and professional customer service.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff may result in immediate termination of communication and possible order cancellation.
