Expected Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days — $6
- Free Shipping: 3–5 business days — $0
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided. Gyro Fitness is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Track Your Order to Your Door
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customer Responsibility for Tracking
Once a tracking number is issued, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress and coordinating directly with the carrier regarding:
- Missed delivery attempts
- Address corrections
- Local pickup arrangements
- Redelivery scheduling
Failure to take action may result in the package being returned to the sender.
Handling Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and contents immediately
- Contact us right away with the evidence
This helps us assist you quickly and file claims with the carrier if needed.
Customs Fees Fully Paid
All shipments are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means any applicable duties or taxes are included in the final purchase price.
If a carrier or customs authority requests additional charges at delivery, please contact us at support@gyro-fitness.com before making payment.
Full Insurance
All orders are insured during transit until delivery is completed.
Once the courier marks the package as delivered or a delivery attempt is made, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If the customer instructs the carrier to leave the package unattended, insurance coverage ends at that point. Gyro Fitness is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted by the carrier but fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal, or lack of response, the package may be marked as:
- Insufficient Address
- Undeliverable
- Returned to Sender
This is considered a valid delivery attempt and fulfills the seller’s shipping obligation.
Proof of Delivery
Tracking updates provided by USPS, UPS, DHL, or other shipping partners serve as official proof of:
- Delivery
- Delivery attempt
- Return to sender
Return to Sender Policy
If a package is returned due to a carrier error, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost once the address is confirmed.
If a package is returned due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery, or failure to respond to carrier notices):
- The seller’s delivery obligation is considered fulfilled
- Refunds do not apply
- A free re-shipment will be offered once a correct address is provided
Non-Delivery Reporting Window
Customers must report any non-delivery issues within 7 days of the carrier’s last tracking update.
Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for investigation or replacement.
